Managed Data Backup.
This is our standard managed data backup that we offer, we take care of all of the boring heavy lifting work, while you relax in the knowledge that your systems are safe. There’s no limit to how many servers you can backup, with help on hand from us as and when you need it. We take care of the running and maintaining of the backups, as well as the patching and upgrading.
Google Workspace, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
With all of these services being cloud applications, you’d be under the impression that they would naturally be backed up. These services are still however vulnerable to the same data loss risks you could find with on-premises applications. Furthermore, Microsoft has said they aren’t responsible for any data loss as a result of application downtime, advising users that they should source out a third-party backup. We can offer either a basic backup of these services, or we can cover everything from Google Drive files, Team drives, Calendars etc.
Email Archiving Solution.
Our email archiving makes a backup of every individual message from a mailbox, allowing you to restore any of them, or remotely access them should you need to in the event of system failure or data loss. We have an extensive front-end program that will allow you to search for emails, narrowing it down to specific time frames so you can track down what you need and restore them to the given accounts inbox. This archiving solution can be used independently or as part of a wider disaster recovery strategy, furthermore, we keep a local replicated archive in native Microsoft format, allowing for easy recovery in most major email clients.
Our backups have an impressive GUI to make things easy for you as a user, meaning you can navigate your backups with extensive search queries, finding the specific files hosted on your servers with ease. What’s more, the GUI is MFA and SSO protected, with this extra layer of protection you can ensure that only you are gaining access to your backups.
