Edinburgh Leisure is Edinburgh’s biggest leisure provider with over 30 venues and more than 4.8 million customer visits per year.
Solution
A primary backup server was installed into Edinburgh Leisure’s main datacentre. This included file, SQL and Exchange server backups all of which could be restored on a daily, weekly and monthly basis if required.
A further server was then installed at a secondary location to ensure they held an off-site backup. Edinburgh Leisure receive email alerts each day regarding what has been backed up and if there have been any issues. A further development has been to include full Virtual Server backups, at no additional cost.
Results
