The first port of call is always the on-site backup, restoring from the dedicated appliance over your LAN will be quick and simple.

Simply map a network drive to the appliance and drag the files back using Windows Explorer. Restoring a file for a user can be done in seconds.

Should you need to restore a large amount of data, the appliance has a web interface which allows data to be written to any network share on your LAN, this interface can also restore windows ACL security information.

If you hold data with us and you require files older than the version history on the appliance, you can download them directly through a web-portal. Should the worst happen, e.g. your building burns down, we will supply all your data to you on an appliance.
